"Da Bomb" Cheesecake
Ingredients: (2) 10oz cans of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (2) 8oz packages of cream cheese of white sugar (1) Cup white sugar (1) tbsp vanilla extract (½) Cup melted unsalted butter (½ ) Cup white sugar (1) tbsp of ground cinnamon
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Flatten one tube of crescent roll dough. Then press dough in to the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. 3. In a medium bowl mix together the cream, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough in the pan. 5. Unroll and flatten the remaining crescent roll tube and place over the top of the cream cheese layer. 6. Spread melted butter over the top, and sprinkle the top with mixture of ½ cup of sugar and cinnamon. 7. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until top is lightly toasted, cool, and refrigerate before serving.
